General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) could get injured and rushed to the hospital after a derailed Dalmatia mission. Things certainly seem rather ominous after the way Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) was talking in the August 5 episode.
Once Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was briefed on the whole operation – including Josslyn’s latest recon assignment with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) – she immediately voiced concerns about Joss’ safety.
Furthermore, Anna wondered how Brennan was going to face Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) if something went wrong.
Of course, Brennan downplayed the idea that anything terrible would happen since this is “standard stuff” as far as he’s concerned.
In fact, Brennan made the bold declaration that he had every reason to believe Josslyn and Vaughn would come back from Dalmatia without a scratch.
On soaps, that kind of statement tends to be a surefire sign of trouble.
The more Brennan makes it seem like Vaughn and Josslyn are going to be fine, the more likely it becomes that they won’t be!
Both Josslyn and Vaughn seem poised to land in dangerous territory once this mission inevitably goes wrong like Anna fears.
Anna has even more reasons to worry now that she’s picked up on Brennan’s Dalmatia clue, which lines up with the tote bag Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) remembers Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) holding for the Five Poppies Resort there.
GH spoilers say Jason will eventually hunt for Britt and create some troubling complications for Josslyn’s assignment with Vaughn as a result.
Will Joss face the harsh reality of being a WSB agent and see how quickly her life can end up at stake?
Josslyn could get seriously hurt and get rushed to a nearby hospital, so Brennan may have a tricky situation on his hands.
Brennan may have to monitor the emergency and keep Carly in the dark.
Josslyn will pull through the turmoil, but she may struggle to explain how she got injured caring for an elderly friend of her grandmother’s in Australia since that’s the cover story!
This may force Josslyn to pile on the lies and force Brennan to keep bigger secrets from Carly, too.
