Kelly Monaco had a two-decade run in Port Charles. There has been speculation on social media regarding Monaco coming back, but with a twist — as Sam’s twin sister! Sam ᴅɪᴇᴅ at GH after being a kidney donor. She was poisoned with digitalis and ᴅɪᴇᴅ just when she had her whole life ahead of her. It’s unlikely that Sam would miraculously wander back to PC, but you never know. A sentient genius may have gotten a hold of her and passed her up.
Honestly, the more likely scenario is that Monaco returns as a different character.
