General Hospital comings and goings suspect John “Jagger” Cates may be leaving Port Charles soon, now that his vendetta has hit a dead end. Also, several huge returns are coming soon on GH. Check out the latest casting updates for the ABC daytime drama.
GH comings and goings wonder if Jagger Cates will be heading back to Quantico soon. He claims the reason he’s in town is to shut down Pikeman, but the real reason is to put Sonny Corinthos behind bars for good. He tried getting Jason Morgan and Carly Corinthos Spencer to flip on Sonny by threatening Carly’s freedom. Indeed, that failed miserably, and now everyone can see his real agenda, including his superiors. Plus, Pikeman has been terminated on General Hospital, so there’s no need for JA to stick around, and the FBI may yank him out of Port Chuck.
However, Sonny is determined to take care of Jagger himself, so he may try to kill him before he can leave town. Either way, it appears Agent Kate’s time could be coming to an end. Though John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) might be out, he still wants revenge on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). But a big return may save Sonny from Jagger—and himself. His late son, Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig), is making a one-time appearance soon, so his spirit may come to Sonny and talk him down, perhaps as he’s about to murder Jagger. It could very well be Morgan who pulls Sonny back from the edge.
Later, Sonny’s brother, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), pops back up on General Hospital, which could cause more problems for him. He’s set to return during the week of August 19th, and the actor is already in Prospect Studios filming. Ric is coming back for his daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), and no doubt it pertains to legal trouble with Molly’s sister, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). Indeed, it’s all about to hit the fan.
Also, GH legacy character Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will reappear in early September. Last time we saw Holly, she was being blackmailed by the evil Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), plus she hoped to rekindle her romance with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). However, that didn’t pan out, as she left town. Now her return coincides with another big return—Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). His homecoming is fast approaching and is sure to shake things up tremendously. There’s drama at every turn on GH.
