General Hospital weekly spoilers for July 21-25, 2025, reveal a big week for Drew and Willow as they prepare to wed, and everyone else plans to bring down Drew.

Willow’s Big Week

Looney Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) thinks that by marrying a man whom her children don’t want to be near, she will get them back.

Because Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) told her so, and Willow will do anything that Drew says. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are determined to stop this train wreck, but

Willow is barreling full speed ahead.

As the big day approaches, it’s more obvious than ever that something is wrong with Willow.

Her behavior starts to cause concern, but will Nina coddle her as usual while Liesl takes control? At least Willow remembers that Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) exists when she has a heart-to-heart with the little girl who had just lost her mom the night Willow had sex with Scout’s dad on the playroom floor.

At least Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are ready to take control. They are not about to let Drew get away with all the horrible things he has planned. When Portia makes a revelation, does she reveal any of Drew’s awful secrets, or does she have a plan to trap Drew?

Riverfront Wars

As Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) continue to do battle over Sonny’s piers and Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) whereabouts, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets some bad news. Is it about the polling on her referendum? Is Sonny in trouble?

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is not there to protect Sonny this week because he is still reeling from seeing someone who looks exactly like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) in a Parisian airport. He is determined to find this woman and figure out what is really going on.
