General Hospital spoilers for next week, September 9th to 13th, predict that Lucky Spencer will continue to try and escape from prison. Of course, Holly Sutton will side with Lucky and help him get back to town, even though Holly knows how dangerous it is. Holly is almost certain that Lulu Spencer needs a liver transplant, and Lucky is most likely the right person to donate a liver. So, Holly will tell Lucky the truth and speed up Lucky’s escape.
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan will continue to protect everyone in the Corinthos family, as Jason puts that as his top priority. But Sonny Corinthos will remind Jason to pay attention to Kristina Corinthos Davis instead of Sonny. That’s because Sonny suspects that his daughter Kristina stole his gun, and Sonny is afraid that Ava Jerome could die at any moment if Kristina really finds Ava.
Speaking of Kristina, her mother Alexis Davis knows that her daughter has been extremely unstable. Alexis was the one who threw away the gun she found in Kristina’s bag. Alexis also suspects that her daughter was the one who killed Agent John Kates instead of Sonny. That’s right, because Kristina also has a grudge against John, as he was the one who arrested and accused Kristina of trying to kill Ava and causing the death of Kristina’s own daughter.
Alexis’ suspicions will not be extinguished, although Sonny eventually confirms that he was the one who attacked John. Later, Alexis will have a heart-to-heart talk with Kristina in order to know the truth. Alexis also tries to help Sonny cover up what he did, if it is true.

Michael also claimed that he witnessed Sonny and Carly sleeping together, but their lies were hard to fool the police. Of course, sooner or later, they would be questioned by the police, and trouble would follow.
Carly’s daughter, Josslyn Jax, was also angry after what her mother had said. Josslyn could not believe that her biological mother was back with Sonny. But what worried Josslyn more was that her mother would go to jail if the police found out about Sonny’s crimes. For Josslyn, whether Carly’s words were true or not, they would bring trouble to Carly. Josslyn warned Carly that it would be better to stay away from Sonny.
Anna Devane would also take measures to put John’s killer behind bars, whoever it was. Anna cannot tolerate such disregard for the law. Of course, Anna cannot accept any member of the Corinthos family acting in a manner that is above the law. The investigation will be quick, and Anna does not want Dante Falconeri involved in this investigation. Anna knows Dante is a straightforward person and is willing to put his father in jail if he knows his father is guilty. But the investigation and clues may be exposed if Sonny deliberately finds out information from Dante.
Ric Lansing will also return to flirt with his ex-girlfriend, Elizabeth Baldwin. Of course, Liz will not accept Ric at first, but Ric’s interest will change everything soon.
Dr. Isaiah Ganon will also appear next week when his treatment process takes place. Of course, Isaiah Ganon will interact with many other people in town.
Finally, Brook Lynn Quartermaine may confess a shocking secret from the past related to Brook Lynn being pregnant and giving birth. It is very possible that the child that Brook Lynn conceived as a teenager was Gio Palmieri, and Dante was Gio’s biological father. If this is true, Dante and many others will be extremely surprised because Dante also did not know that Gio was his son. At the time, Brook Lynn slept with Dante while he was drugged.
