General Hospital spoilers for the week of August 19th to 23rd, 2024:
Prediction: Drew Cordin may face the unwanted wrath of Michael Corinthos when Willow Corinthos confesses to her husband about kissing Drew. Willow also reveals her desire to return to being a nurse instead of continuing her current job.
Meanwhile, Sasha Gilmore and Cody Bell are getting closer. Sasha decides to stop hiding and reciprocate Cody’s feelings, making Cody happy as he now officially has a real girlfriend. Additionally, thanks to saving James West, Cody has gained the forgiveness of his father, Mac Scorpio.
Speaking of Mac, he faces criticism for being negligent and allowing James to fall into a dangerous situation.
Lucky Spencer will call his birth mother, Laura Collins. Instead of being happy about receiving a call from her son, Laura may receive some bad news. Lucky is likely in Africa and could be dealing with personal problems. There are predictions that Lucky might be with someone such as Spencer Cassadine, Luke Spencer, Valentin Cassadine, or Charlotte Cassadine. Regardless, Laura will want to go to Africa if her son is not rescued.
Christina Kenos Davis and Molly Lansing Davis are at odds over who will name the deceased baby. Molly and TJ Ashford will be in charge of the baby’s funeral, as Christina has not fully recovered from the incident. Christina might also want to attend her daughter’s funeral and name her daughter, despite objections from those around her.
Christina is determined not to let Ava Jerome go free after a series of events, which may lead to Ava going to jail or even being murdered unexpectedly. Molly fears that Christina might be charged with murder if Ava dies, and agrees to force Ava to take the blame, though this doesn’t mean Christina would kill.
Additionally, Christina faces the matter of saying goodbye to Blaze. Christina wants Blaze’s future to be brighter and does not want Blaze involved in her plans related to Ava’s death. This is the main reason Blaze chooses to leave town for a world tour, with many predictions showing that Blaze will officially leave GH. This decision was sudden when the writers decided to remove this character.
Rick Lansing will reunite with his daughter Molly after a long separation. This reunion will bring other issues, as Rick is actually Sonny Corinthos’s half-brother. In addition to helping Molly through her ordeal, Rick may face upcoming confrontations with Sonny.
