General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of June 23-27 reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may have a total spinout ahead, but Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) slipup is on the horizon, too. Emma Scorpio-Drake’s (Braedyn Bruner) trap will also be set, so let’s discuss what’s coming up in Port Charles.
For starters, Nina should face some unsettling news regarding Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) future with Drew.
It looks like Willow will accept Drew’s upcoming proposal and announce their engagement, so Nina should totally lose it!
Although Nina has been reluctant to ruin her relationship with Willow and add to her daughter’s trauma, she may have no choice if she wants to stop this marriage.
Will Nina seriously consider derailing the nuptials with the truth about her passionate Drew encounters?
Drew will presumably pressure Willow to marry him right away, so a quickie wedding may happen soon enough.
Even if Nina doesn’t object and blow up the ceremony, someone else might cause chaos instead.
If Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) can’t get out of the corner Drew’s backing her into, she might turn vengeful by exposing his sizzling secret with Nina.
Whatever the case, GH weddings rarely go off without a hitch, so Willow and Drew’s big day may not go according to plan.
As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll be waiting on Drew to slip up somehow so he can dig Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) out of trouble as well.
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has predicted that slipup will indeed happen if Curtis stays the course, so you can bet he’ll be proven right sooner or later.
Meanwhile, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) should move forward with Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) plan to join the animal rights group that Emma’s part of.
That’ll give Vaughn a chance to pretend he’s a like-minded individual and hopefully win Emma’s trust.
From there, Vaughn can lead Emma astray and try to make sure doesn’t end up interfering in their Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) mission.
Unfortunately, there’ll inevitably be more snags, especially since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has agreed to investigate Professor Dalton for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Josslyn and Vaughn will also have to keep up their romantic act, which could bring questions from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and others close to Josslyn.
Will Vaughn and Josslyn fall for each other for real somewhere along the way?
