General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of August 18-22 reveal that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will land in a tight spot while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) goes rogue. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also demand answers from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), so some exciting GH scenes are on the way.
First, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will continue to prove he’s a total menace to society.
After Drew resorts to more manipulation tactics, he seems poised to back Michael into a difficult corner.
Drew may make some sneaky moves and pressure Michael to let Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) see the kids, but there’s no guarantee Michael will cave.
Michael has to do what’s best for his children, but Drew will make things tougher in the coming episodes.
Meanwhile, Willow and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) bond will grow even stronger.
The situation may be platonic for now, but just how long will it stay that way?
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may not even notice Chase and Willow’s strengthening connection since she’ll be focused on Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
It looks like Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will band together to hopefully convince Gio to open his heart – even if it’s just a crack.
As for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she may have some regrets about agreeing to adopt Outback.
This isn’t the easiest dog to deal with, so Outback seems poised to cause some trouble as she settles in Lulu’s house.
Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) promised to help with Outback, but he’s busy with his pool job and may not be able to pitch in as much as Lulu would like.
As for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she won’t let go of her Rocco agenda.
Since Obrecht views Rocco as her last link to Britt, it’s easy to see why she’s so attached to him.
Speaking of Britt, she’ll face Jason’s questions after their stunning reunion at the Five Poppies Resort.
Jason will ultimately push Britt for some answers about her faked demise and the real reason she’s staying on the property.
Britt may not go into all the details just yet, but she’s clearly being coerced into helping through her medication doses.
It seems Britt has scored a miraculous Huntington’s disease treatment, but she only receives it through successful lab work.
Over with Josslyn, she’ll decide to go rogue and defy Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) orders.
Josslyn will be determined to pry info out of Britt, but that could mean blowing her cover and maybe exposing her WSB gig to Jason too if she’s not careful.
Since it looks like Josslyn will save Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) from a life-threatening situation, she may argue that he owes her.
Even if Vaughn disagrees with Josslyn’s risky moves, she may warn him not to stop her from doing what she has to do.
