But then again, anyone who has been paying attention to all of the characters that have come back from the dead would have already known that by now, right?

Well, at least that’s how actor Bryan Craig, who plays Morgan on the hit ABC soap, puts it.

Morgan is presumed to have been dead this entire time, but everyone knows that when it comes to life in this fictional town of Port Charles, no one is really dead, even if you hammer in that last nail to the coffin.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Bryan admits that when he decided to come back as a reincarnated Morgan Corinthos, he honestly didn’t know what to expect out of it.

He said, “I didn’t know [exactly what they wanted], so I was just kind of prepared whatever the director said they wanted to go with, because there are so many different ways it could have gone, depending on how they wanted it to fit into the scenes.”

“The stuff we filmed went great. It was really powerful, and we were both really in it. [Benard] was really happy with it.”

Bryan also admits that being a soap actor has definitely helped him as an actor altogether.

He put it this way, “You just can’t get an experience like [being on a soap] anywhere else,” he declares. “Especially playing the kind of stuff we were playing — doing the bipolar storyline, doing the amount of material we were doing at such a high frequency for years and years.”

“It’s certainly made everything else easier along the way. I can still look at a scene once and know it, I can still break [scripts] down in a very quick and efficient way, and it’s all because of General Hospital. I’m very grateful for the experience.”

Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next by tuning in each day on the ABC network. Check your local listings for times.
