General Hospital spoilers for the new weekly promo reveal that Jocelyn Jax is about to be attacked on the pier. Will someone get there in time to save her? Also on GH this week, someone goes into panic mode, plus a new crisis breaks out on the ABC daytime drama.

This week on GH, Jocelyn Jax, played by Eden McCoy, is waiting on the docks ready to board the Haunted Star for New Year’s Eve. But she’s not alone. The hook startles Jocelyn, and she tries to fight back. However, someone may intervene and save Jocelyn. While Jocelyn is stunned by the serial killer, Britt Westbourne, played by Kelly Thiebaud, is returning from her birthday bash. Britt is on her way out of town, and she might cross paths with Jocelyn as she’s leaving. Britt could potentially stop the killer from attacking Jocelyn. After all, Britt is dying and leaving GH, so she might become the next victim. On the other hand, Dex Heller, played by Evan Hofer, might save Jocelyn instead. Of course, it’s doubtful Jocelyn will die, but she could still end up hurt.

General Hospital spoilers later reveal that Dante Falconeri, played by Dominic Zamprogna, and PCPD officers show up at the crime scene. Dante is determined to find answers and catch the serial killer. Meanwhile, Jocelyn’s mom, Carly Corinthos Spencer, played by Laura Wright, celebrates New Year’s Eve with Drew Cain.

Also this week on General Hospital, Elizabeth Weber, played by Rebecca Herbst, panics when she returns to Windermere. Liz arrives to find Nicholas Cassadine, played by Marcus Coloma, freaking out. He tells Liz that Esme Prince, played by Avery Kristen Pohl, threw herself off the parapet and escaped. Liz is sure Esme won’t survive the fall because the water is freezing. However, Nick knows there is a chance the evil teen might make it—she’s done it before. Recall General Hospital recaps: no one dies from a fall off the turret. However, Esme’s escape causes both Nick and Liz to make rash decisions that result in chaos.

Elsewhere, Laura Spencer, played by Genie Francis, worries about Nick and visits Ava Jerome, played by Maura West. Laura tries to find out if Ava knows what Victor Cassadine, played by Charles Shaughnessy, is holding over Nicholas. But Ava is on a mission to take her soon-to-be ex-husband down.

Later on GH, Nina Reeves, played by Cynthia Watros, is at the hospital with Sonny Corinthos, played by Maurice Benard. She gets a shock that sends her into panic. There’s a good chance it concerns Willow, played by Caitlyn McMullen. Plus, Carly defends her choices and prepares for war. It looks like the truth will finally come out about Willow’s cancer, and Carly may tell Nina that she is Willow’s mother. This way, Nina can help save Willow’s life. There’s drama everywhere on GH.
