Victor is Dalton’s boss, dirty deal with Sidwell revealed General Hospital Spoilers
General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might have once passed away, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t be alive and wreaking havoc from afar.
During the July 14 episode, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) met with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and the villain made it clear that their “friend” – another secret investor – was getting impatient with Dalton’s lab progress. Could this mystery person be none other than Victor Cassadine?
Sidwell’s Warning
Both Sidwell and this unknown person have invested in Dalton’s work, and both seem unpleased with how this project is lagging.
With that said, this mystery investor seems like he could be a “bigger” threat than Sidwell, as even Jenz seemed a little concerned over this person being upset about the lab situation.
Sidwell also noted that “he” was sending a courier to retrieve some answers, and there’d be heck to pay if Dalton couldn’t source any – so the person is a man, who is feared, and Victor Cassadine certainly fits both checkmarks for this profile.
The Cassadine Factor
Isn’t it interesting that Sidwell bought Wyndemere of all places, a home where the Cassadines have always resided?
One can’t forget the fact that he scored Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) fingerprints on that dagger – a Cassadine heirloom.
Plus, there have been rumblings that Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) return could be linked to Dalton’s lab, so Victor, in the mix of this all, could make sense.
After all, he was very obsessed with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who’s returning as well, so perhaps he’s at the forefront of how Britt ended up alive.
The Cassadines are infamous for having nine lives, and wacky lab experiments that can also revive others from the ᴅᴇᴀᴅ, so could Victor be this mystery man at the center of this?
If Britt is linked to the lab storyline, along with Liesl, Sidwell, and Dalton, there’s a good chance that GH writers have concocted a way to breathe new air into an old character (literally) and have him return, as well!
