General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that the week of July 7-11 will offer some explosive drama. It looks like there’s a good chance that Natalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) autopsy may point to the idea that the woman was ᴍᴜʀᴅᴇʀᴇᴅ.
The weekly preview seems to suggest that Marco Rios’s (Adrian Anchondo) suspicions that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was going to target his mom will be supported, and it also looks like he’ll be very upset about the entire thing.
He may even seek revenge. Still, Marco is dating Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), so could he trigger an outrage in Lucas that has him turning to his sister and presenting her with an ultimatum?
Lucas Jones’ Warning
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 9 imply that Lucas will have a request for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright); however, could this be more of a warning? As the news about Natalia’s autopsy will hit the fan soon, there’s a good chance that Marco will turn to Lucas for support.
His instincts told him Sonny would lash out, and he’ll think that his instincts were right (even though fans know that Sonny is either being framed or there’s a misreading of Natalia’s report as she seemingly passed away from a lethal combo of pills and alcohol).
Regardless, Marco will be very upset, which may prompt Lucas to take matters into his own hands.
Lucas’ Fears
Lucas won’t only be raging over Marco’s mourning and Natalia’s demise, but he may question how Carly can continue to keep her ex in her orbit, and in Donna Corinthos’ (Scarlett Spears) life, as well.
Not only is Sonny a crime boss, who he’ll think took his boyfriend’s mother’s life, but thanks to his career choice, Sonny is responsible for what happened at Charlie’s Pub – and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) getting locked into the middle of that drama, as well as Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) recent third-degree burns when he got caught in the crossfire of Sonny’s penthouse explosion.
Could he give Carly an ultimatum: if she doesn’t cut Sonny out of her life, then he’s leaving it! Lucas may get very worked up by Marco’s news, so there’s a good chance he’d be willing to cut ties with his sister, as a united front for Marco.
