I’m Convinced The Family Chantel’s Pedro Tried To Ruin Chantel’s Reputation (He Always Planned To Leave Her)
I believe that Pedro Jimeno from The Family Chantel may have always planned to leave Chantel Everett while also pinning the blame on her for the end of their marriage. When Pedro first appeared on the show, I thought he and Chantel were a perfect match. It seemed like he genuinely cared for her and was committed to building a future together. It was shocking to come across some old photos of Chantel and Pedro on their Facebook page. They looked so in love, like a modern-day Romeo and Juliet, almost like two bodies and one soul.
While Pedro and Chantel experienced many ups and downs in their marriage, all of their marital issues came to a head in The Family Chantel season 4. After becoming a real estate agent, Pedro began to look down on Chantel’s work ethic despite her hard work for their family before he received his real estate license. Pedro accused his wife of being lazy when she was depressed due to their deteriorating relationship. He made it seem like Chantel lacked ambition, hindering him from achieving his American dream. He portrayed himself as a workaholic to avoid being seen as a scammer.
Pedro Jimeno Seems Like A Sanky Panky
Pedro is from the Dominican Republic, where there is a term widely known as “sanky-panky,” which is a male escort who exploits female tourists to make money from them. I believe Pedro followed a similar strategy to become successful in life. Initially, he appeared loving towards Chantel to enter the United States, a land of opportunities. However, once he secured a stable, well-paying job, he became bitter towards his wife, causing her to become depressed and lose interest in building a happy family. I’m convinced beyond a doubt that Pedro’s dramatic shift in personality was strategically planned over the years.
Pedro Jimeno Is Super Greedy
Since Pedro didn’t have a privileged upbringing in a wealthy family in the Dominican Republic, his life goal was likely to become rich and financially independent.
He measures his self-worth by the amount of money he (or his partner) makes. Pedro believed his marital issues were holding him back and preventing him from becoming wealthy, so he gave up on Chantel without hesitation. I think that money is Pedro‘s biggest motivator, as evidenced by his recent Instagram pictures where he shows off his new luxury vehicle.
I don’t believe Pedro ever truly loved Chantel; from the beginning, he had evil intentions to scam her. However, I think he initially fell in love with Chantel’s bubbly personality and unconditional love.
However, as time passed and the dynamics within the Everett-Jimeno family changed, Pedro became more focused on money rather than his relationships. He had learned from past experiences that his own father wasn’t there for him when he needed love. I believe these negative life experiences gradually made The Family Chantel star selfish and ultimately led him to deceive Chantel in pursuit of his own happiness.
