The upcoming custody hearing for Michael and Willow is generating a lot of excitement. Many people believe it will be the most intense and dramatic hearing in history.
Willow has gone through many difficult times since she started chasing after Drew. In her pursuit of him and her obsession with winning him back, she seems to have lost a lot of important things. Most notably, she appears to have lost herself—her sense of who she truly is, her confidence, and her ability to see clearly.
Her focus has been entirely on Drew to the point where she has become very selfish, only thinking about her own feelings and desires. Despite all of this, Willow still holds onto the belief that Drew is a good man deep down inside.
She genuinely believes that he loves her and truly cares for her. She keeps trusting him even when warning signs are all around her. Unfortunately, this trust is misplaced.
The more she places her faith in Drew, the more disappointed she becomes when he shows his true nature. In reality, Drew is not the kind, loving person she thinks he is. He is a man who is good at hiding his true self and willing to use any trick, no matter how cruel or dirty, to get what he wants.
For instance, he bribed a receptionist to lie to Willow, telling her that Michael did not want to see her. He also framed Tracy, making her appear guilty in a scandal he caused. Additionally, he used Portia’s secret to manipulate her, turning her into a pawn in his plans.
Carly has been trying to warn Willow for a long time. She has repeatedly told her that Drew is a bad man and that she should be very careful. Nonetheless, Willow did not listen to her mother-in-law. She thought Carly was just trying to ruin her happiness or cause trouble.
In the next episode, Tracy will reveal to Carly the true relationship between Drew and Nah. Carly might choose to use this information against Drew in court. If she shares this information, Wiley’s mother will be devastated.
Some believe she might even run out of the courtroom in tears. The image of a humiliated Willow crying and distraught is a poignant one that many people are expecting to see. This revelation might lead to a big fallout and possibly even destroy the fragile family unit that Willow and Drew have been working so hard to keep together.
