General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the two weeks through September 27th promise Brennan wanting payback from Carly Corinthos Spencer. But don’t worry, Jack Brennan’s not out for revenge. Instead, he might be looking for a dinner date or drinks with Carly this week.
In GH spoilers, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confronts Ava Jerome (Maura West) about their custody hearing. He makes threats, but Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is there to reveal he’s taking over her custody and criminal case. Ava is not sure if she can trust Ric, but she knows one thing for sure—Ric hates his brother, and the feeling is mutual. The enemy of my enemy, right?
General Hospital spoilers say Danny Morgan (Asher Anizan) is confident his dad will find Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is stunned at the evidence the cops have against her. Sam McCall (recast Lindsey Harley) suspects Sonny is the killer, but Molly Lansing (Kristina Banos) thinks Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) killed the FBI guy.

In week one, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) visits Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sandy Wilson) about Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) case. After all, Dr. Gannon is a transplant surgeon—could he be the key to saving Lulu?
General Hospital spoilers confirm Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) catch up. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have their eyes on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).
By Friday, September 20th, General Hospital spoilers tell us that Jason and Anna are in danger. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) grills WSB Station Chief Jack Brennan (Charles Shaughnessy) about Anna’s whereabouts and mission. Wonder if they’ll discuss Carly asking for the info.
And it won’t be too long before Brennan is looking for payback from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Jack Brennan may want a dinner date or drinks—who knows—but Brennan’s not letting Carly off the hook for a big favor he did. The race to find Lucky and bring him back to Port Charles reaches a fever pitch the week of September 23rd through 27th. Holly should be heading back too, and rumor has it that Emma Samms might be on contract.
General Hospital spoilers also hope Anna, Jason, Kevin, Laura, Holly, and Lucky all make it back to Port Charles safe and sound. Maybe one of them will be a match for Lulu, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Good thing Brennan had that info Carly needed, or it would be much worse.
Lulu’s health takes another nosedive this week, leaving Dante and Carly in a panic. Ric is getting under his brother’s skin as he works to dismiss Ava’s criminal charges. Dr. Gannon spends more time with Jordan, and he may be working a transplant case at GH.
This whole Jagger murder mess is only going to get more complicated before it’s resolved. Molly is determined to protect her mom at all costs, even though she believes Kristina is guilty and Alexis is covering for her. With Kelly Monaco leaving the show, Sam’s death is coming soon.
Bottom line: General Hospital is moving fast these two weeks with lives on the line.
